Our Rocks of Stone refund policy

We offer a free version of Jomres (Jomres Lite) which allows you to play around with Jomres before you decide if you want to purchase a full license for it. Additionally, you can use Jomres on 'localhost' indefinitely.*

I think Jomres is great, so I'm going to go a step further and offer a solid copper bottomed refund policy to go with it.

If you purchase a license and you're not entirely happy with Jomres get in contact with us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full, no argument refund and, get this, you can keep on using the software! ** ***

That's it. Couldn't be simpler.



* We previously offered a Demo license, but as there's a free version, and you can experiment with the Demo server to see Developer in action, we believe that the extra maintenance overhead of running demo licenses is no long warrented.
** Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
*** Support for the refunded copy of Jomres will no longer be available.
