Default Property Settings

Advanced feature, do not use if you don't understand what it does. Allows you to modify the default Property Configuration settings as they are stored in #__jomres_settings without needing to use phpmyadmin. It allows you to set options that affect all new properties, through the administrator area. Adds a new button called Default Property Settings to Jomres Admin Cpanel -> Developer Tools section.
