Setting up subscriptions in Jomres is very straightforward.
First you will need to install the Subscription plugin in the Jomres plugin manager.
Next, enable the feature in Site Configuration
Once you have done that, create some subscription packages ( Quickstart installations already have some created for you ).
Next you will need to configure your Paypal settings
Once these steps have been completed any registered user who wants to add properties to your site will need to subscribe to one of the available subscription packages.
